This class teaches a sequence of standing poses that develop visualization and breathing skills to enhance health and concentration. No experience necessary. Wear comfortable or loose clothing. NO CLASS on February 25, 2012, March 10, March 17 and April 21, 2012.

Directions

From I-275, take Exit 24 (22^nd Avenue North)
Go EAST on 22^nd Avenue North to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street North. This is a right hand merge exiting I-275 from the south (coming from Sarasota direction) and a left hand turn exiting I-275 from the north (coming from Tampa direction).
Turn right (SOUTH) on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street North.
Turn right (WEST) on 15^th Avenue North. Park along 15^th Avenue or in the lot behind the building. We are located on the southwest corner of Dr. MLK Street and 15^th Avenue North.
